Frequently Asked Questions

Am I a candidate for the plan?

Everyone without dental insurance is a candidate but if you are diagnosed with gum disease on your first visit and need to have gum therapy to get your gum infection under control then the plan will not begin until after your gum therapy is completed.

What if I need more dental treatment?

Any additional dental treatment above exams, x-rays and routine cleanings will be at our standard office fees in effect at the practice.

How do I sign up and when is the plan effective?

You can sign up anytime by calling us or filling up the online form.

Can this plan be used with my existing dental insurance or any promotions?

The Hygiene Plan is an exclusive program which cannot be combined with any dental insurance coverage or combined with other discounts or specials.

What if I change my mind?

Membership is a 12 month commitment. If you need to cancel early, any monthly premiums you have paid cannot be refunded and our standard office fees will then apply to any future dental services provided.
